Customer services and administration

Customer and administration services are an important part of the ongoing success of JB Engineering (Hatton) Ltd. Without our customer base we would have no company. With this in mind we have included various support sections within this website to help our customers during and after their buying experience.

The JB administration department is led by our managing director and managed by our company secretary.

The administration department ensures the effective operation of the company as a whole. We have designed, implemented and enforced the use of manual and computerised systems that ensure effective communication and workflow throughout the entire company. 

All administration teams have access to their own computer, with up to-date software such as Sage Accounts and Payroll, FilePro and Microsoft Office. In addition we have our own computer server, which provides extra data space and is backed up on a daily basis.

We accept the following payment methods: credit and debit cards, BACS, bank transfer and cheques for under £500. Please note there is an adminstrative charge for card payments.
